Community Partners with Youth hires part-time youth workers who work directly with elementary and middle school aged youth in the New Brighton area.  Our youth come from diverse backgrounds including race, economic circumstances and family structures. Driving our programs are the values of CPY: leadership, excellence, honesty, kindness, respect and service.   

We continue to remain dedicated to education not just for the youth we serve but for our staff as well.  Our staff attend training sessions throughout the year including extensive training before the start of our school year and summer programs.
