Jennifer Mayotte, the Executive Director, holds her degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota.  She has extensive experience in fund development and direct-care programs, having served as the Development Director at a direct-care program in the past.  She is currently in graduate school at the University of St. Thomas, pursuing her Masters in Business Communication.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her many pets.

Mary Stewart, the Program Director, holds a degree in Education from Northwestern University.  A fully licensed teacher, Mary had been doing a great deal of substitute teaching in the Mounds View School District when she was offered a full-time position with us (afteer three years of serving as a Youth Worker with us!).  She has a great deal of experience in all of our programs, and is currently also teaching at the Tiger Paws program at Polynesian Village. 

We also employ a talented staff of Youth Workers.  Our staff have diverse backgrounds ranging from elementary/secondary education and psychology to cultural studies.  It is also important to us to continually evaluate our staff and offer youth development trainings that help them perform at their best.  Community Partners with Youth is proud of the work our staff team does and knows it is because of them that we succeed.
