Our Current Staff:

jenn Jennifer Mayotte, has been the Executive Director at CPY since 2001.  She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master's in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.  However, she insists that all the really useful stuff she knows she learned on the job here, like the absolute importance of applying a Band Aid even to non-existent injuries sometimes.  She has extensive experience in fund development and direct-care programs, having served as the Development Director at a direct-care program in the past.  In her nearly non-existent free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, reading, and working on "crafty projects".

Mary Stewart, the Program Director since 2004, holds a degree in Education from Northwestern University.  A fully licensed teacher, Mary had been doing a great deal of substitute teaching in the Mounds View School District when we snatched her up for a full-time position (hey, we know quality when we see it!).  She has a great deal of experience in all of our programs, and is always our "go to" person for explaining fractions and anything history-related to the kids.

We also employ a talented staff of Youth Workers.  Our staff have diverse backgrounds ranging from elementary/secondary education and psychology to cultural studies.  It is also important to us to continually evaluate our staff and offer youth development trainings that help them perform at their best.  Community Partners with Youth is proud of the work our staff team does and knows it is because of them that we succeed.
